Weak genetics create more weak genetics. Environmental factors such as strong nutrition & adequate sun exposure in the parents lifetime directly influences the quality of genetics passed on to the child at birth. Then once the child is born, it can actually change what genes are expressed in its lifetime through those same environmental factors. Genetics which supposedly increase risk of a particular disease can be rendered irrelevant if the individual chooses to eat in a way that turns off the expression of those “sick genes”.
