Allow things to happen as they go
Conciously focus on observing
Appreciate the moment
Appreciate the people around you
Appreciate the emotions

Take action
But go with the flow of events
Make effective choices within those events

Choose to be happy
 Choose to appreciate
But what happens, happens
Dont try to control others
Control your own energy
Control how you feel

Understand other people are expressing their own energy, independent of you
Choose to express the type of energy you want to feel
And choose to express the type of energy you wanna manifest
Notice the things life brings back to you
Correlate the things you experience with the enrgy you feel each day

This life is complex
This life is full of unpredictable twists and turns
They say what you focus on grows

They say your thoughts create things
But it seems feelings behind your thoughts matter most
Maybe both thoughts and feelings are important

Thoughts create the direction in which your feelings and actions go. But every person feels different feelings from the same thoughts. For example if i say the word "fuck" it might be to emphasize fun feelings or for the sake of humor. But for other people, they may be emotionally triggered by cuss words regardless of context. Another example is thinking about conspiracies. One person may feel feelings of gloom, doom, fear and anxiety when thinking about conspiracies or crazy world events. Where as another may feel feelings of amusement, entertainment or pure neutrality.

In general, the law of attraction states what you focus on grows. You attract more of what you focus on.

Not only what you focus on, but how you experience it. If you focus on it with feelings of gloom, doom, fear, stress, you are likely to create more of the same feelings surrounding your subject of focus. But if you focus on it with feelings of empowerment. This is going to make me better, this is creating better things. If you feel a sense of upliftment, you are likely to experience circumstances of upliftment.

The words you say. The actions you take. They matter. But their impact. What they manifest in the world are dictated by what emotional frequency they come from

What you experience through the day. How people react to you. The people, situations and reactions you experience. Is the world reacting to your vibration. To your feelings and thoughts. Be aware of what the world is reflecting back to you.

Experiments
As you notice the world reflecting things to you, correlate the things reflected with the thoughts and feelings you experience. Ask yourself if the feelings you feel are consistent with the things you are seeing in your outside reality

As you go through your day, god is giving you things you are feeling and thinking about. How you're experiencing your internal enviorment, you might find, is a precursor to what you experience externally
