Motivation
1. You will never feel inspired to do something you dont FEEL value in. You have to identify what it is you want. In your life, and in the people you want in your social circle. And then Align your life with your Values. This creates a clear vision of your own personal standards. If you completely let go of things below your standards, and dont accept anything below them, you will find inspiration easier to come by because through this you can see who you truly are and who you want to be.
2. Eat healthy, satiating foods. Motivation involves Dopamine. Dopamine is killed by drugs, and built and produced by Healthy, Satiating Meals and Excersize. You have to experiment to see what works for you, and find principles for healthy eating that makes sense to you personally.
3. You HAVE to understand, As long as you attatch yourself to an End Result, you will find it hard to move forward.
MOTIVATION is found by FOCUSING on the JOURNEY. Not just the destination.
Ive been there, i completely understand the difficulty, but its all about identifying what you want. What you feel driven to, and then moving in that direction, slowly but progressively. Its not about the end result. Its about consistency.
Consistency breeds motivation.
You may not feel driven to do ANYTHING right now. And thats normal.
Go on a long walk. Listen to music while you walk, what ever you prefer. Your mind sorts itself out almost magically when your body is in motion.
Dance. Run. Flow.
