This is a general outline of a general dietary protocol that is designed to effectively improve digestion by eliminating common problematic foods and suggesting supplements which support digestion, improve blood sugar issues and stabilize insulin levels by eliminating primarily processed and starchy foods which commonly cause most cases of diabities over the long term, keeping the carbs low (and only allowing fruit for those who dont have severe blood sugar issues in which they may be better off avoiding it). This diet can significantly improve immunity by being based on nutrient dense foods and eliminating common immune damaging foods. Also keeping carbs low and reducing dairy keeps the body in a state where infectious disease including yeast, fungi and bacteria, find it hard to proliferate. Furthermore eating a diet based on nutrient dense foods, with little to no starch induces significant effortless fat loss many times immediately, but always over time.
