Better Energy, Weightloss & Health on a High Fat, Low Carb diet

From the Atkins diet, to Paleo, to the most extreme of the low carb movement The Ketogenic Diet... Low Carb diets have become extremely popular over the last decade. While many people in the science and health communities remain skeptical of high fat diets, millions of people all over the world are reaping the benefits. Keto is indeed very different than Paleo or Atkins, however, In this article i'm simply speaking of benefits for low-carb diets as a whole, rather than specifically just atkins or paleo.


Energy, Insulin & Weightloss Benefits of High Fat, Low Carb diets:

1. Easy weight-loss going low carb
     Low-Carb diets drastically reduce insulin levels, promotes thermogenesis, and shifts the body to use fat as energy(rather than carbs), which all directly promote significant loss of body-fat (and also improved health). When I first began this diet many months ago, within the first two weeks, my abdominal muscles became clearly visible for the first time in my life. Keep in mind i've been an athlete since I learned to walk. This is due to many things, most importantly the fact that carbs create bulk and bloating in the stomach, which drastically prevents your abdominal muscles from being visible. Second reason, is that cutting down on carbohydrates makes it extremely hard to eat too many calories. As an athlete, I find it very challenging to consume even 2500 calories without carbs. This may not sound great for most athletes, but for the average person this can be an extremely easy and effective way to lose bodyfat.

2. Balances insulin levels
Eating less overall carbohydrates means less insulin being produced through out the day, and can help give your body a rest from processing all that blood-glucose. Furthermore, your body can actually convert protein to glucose, which by this mechanism actually provides glucose to the body more slowly and steadily, as you need it. Using protein instead if carbs directly, can provide a steadier stream of glucose which promotes better balance of insulin.

3. Better energy through out the day
By balancing insulin, you can definitely expect drastically better energy levels through out the day, with little to absolutely no dips or crashes. Furthermore, once your body adapts to using dietary fat as energy instead of carbohydrates, you can without-a-doubt expect much better balanced and sustaining energy. Just make sure you are eating enough calories, sense cutting carbs means cutting tons of calories along with it.


     For a more scientific explanation on the benefits of low-carb diets for Insulin, one of my favorite books on this is "The Diabetes Revolution" by Dr. Robert Atkins. This book explains in great detail how low-carb, high-protein, high-fat diets promote healthy insulin levels and also promote good cardiovascular health. According to Dr. Atkins, his research and clinical experience, many people can and have reversed heart-disease and diabetes on a high fat, low carb diet, such as The Atkins Diet.

Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well. As most of you probably know, i've been focusing primarily on my College Classes the past two months, which has taken most of the time i'd usually spend on my websites and health projects as well as my personal studies. Good news is, i've just recently gotten caught up and sorted out my schedule to allow normal activities to continue. Even better news is, I have more time than ever to invest, so this means more brand new content, and with new mindsets and all that i've learned over the last two months, the current projects i'm working on to be released soon is definitely better than ever.

I'm currently working on completely revamping my website and youtube page to most effectively deliver the information my followers seek and get my messages and information ac cross more effectively.

Right now i'm extensively researching and writing scripts for two brand new video series I plan to release on my youtube page. One of which is a video series on how to find fulfillment in your own authentic self, individually apart from the opinions and validation of other people. Furthermore within this I will be covering how to feel comfortable within your own skin despite any circumstance, how to deal with devastating life events, how to release painful emotions and how to build true strength and confidence without faking a damn thing.

Second video series will be on how to balance hormones for those who are infertile, have irregular periods, thyroid disorders, etc. And of course ill be releasing even more videos in this series on how to enhance testosterone levels for men who are either experiencing low-libido, clinically diagnosed low-testosterone and men who just want to get the most out of their gym time and gain size and strength.

Passion is more important than IQ

IQ is a measure of an individuals intelligence and capacity for learning.
But what if someone has a high IQ and yet, feel absolutely no motivation to put it to use and actually learn certain information? That's where "grit" comes in. Grit is the passion and driving force behind our curiosity and motivation for learning and achieving our goals.

         Personally, I scored rather high on my IQ tests in Elementary and Middleschool. However, the last thing I gave a fuck about was math or even getting good grades or graduating. These things didnt spark my "grit". They did not inspire or motivate me, and therefor I only succeeded in the classes I felt the inspiration to apply myself to. Throughout my life I recognized this, but never understood it consciously. Grit is the difference between those who truly succeed and those who fail, or even those who gain a bunch of money and yet are not happy.

        IQ can get us far, but how far are you truly willing to go for your goals? Most importantly, are your goals based on Passion, inspiration and your hearts calling? Or are you only chasing your goals because you feel you have to? Are your goals based on obligation? This has been a major theme in my life lately. Im starting to see what education really is and how I can go about it to achieve what I really want in my life.

       A huge majority of the most successful people who ever lived and are alive today all have a major trait in common which proves to be one of the most important traits of all. Grit. The passion driving us to achieve the things we want despite challenges and obstacles. It determines long term success. How else do five star athletes like Michael Jordon, Mohammad Ali, Anderson Silva and Brock Lesnar achieve such amazing accomplishments in their sports, face drastic downfalls and overcome challenges such as injury and chronic illness yet still constantly just come back better than before?

        All successful people have this powerful trait. And its something I recognize. Just have to know what makes us tick, what inspires us and then take massive action towards our goals once we realize them for ourselves.

Diet



Diet is the foundation of Health and Well being. This can NOT be emphasized enough. When ever we are facing an illness of any kind, weather it be mild or chronic, addressing the issue Holistically is always the safest and most effective solution. This means developing a Dietary Plan to directly boost immunity, sustain any activities the person is doing from day to day, as well as addressing what ever issue the person may be facing at this time. For example, in the case of Type 2 Diabetes, one popular dietary approach to reversing this condition is by adopting a low carb Paleo diet to help regain insulin sensitivity, balance hormones and help bring the body back to complete homeostasis. In this quick article, I will express my views on how to find what diet works best for your individual biology.

     First of all, we can make this easiest by selecting a well-established Dietary System, and use it as our blueprint to build off of. For example, the diet i've found to work best for me is a high-fat version of the Paleo Diet, that i've tweaked through trial and error to create a combination of food groups that work best for me each day. I do NOT follow the same Paleo Diet found in most diet books and include different foods and techniques from other systems to help enhance my results. For example, I include a lot of Raw Garlic and Cayenne Pepper with EVERY Meal, and drink Apple Cider Vinegar 20 minutes before I eat. These are things I've added on to help suite my own individual needs that are NOT a part of any pre-existing program.

   Other people may choose to use Dr. Weils "Anti-Inflammatory Diet" as a foundation, but might notice different foods Dr Weil recommends simply do not work well with their own individual biology, and so they tweak the diet, add and remove different elements to help enhance the benefits of the Original Diet. So essentially we are simply using the diet as a starting place, and tweaking the diet to work for our own needs and lifestyle. We are using the diet as a tool, and not becoming a slave to the diet as i've noticed so many people seem to do. Food should be a way to enhance our every day health, happiness and well-being, rather than being a religion that we just MUST follow religiously as if there isnt any other way. Unless you are working with a truly qualified and licensed Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Doctor or Naturopath, you really should work on listening to your body and educate yourself on why your body craves certain foods at certain time.

     The tricky part about listening to your bodies food cravings, is knowing when to follow them and why you are craving the foods that you are craving. For example, someone with Systemic Candida Overgrowth may go on a Candida Diet Protocol, and after a few days of eating strictly Fruits, Vegetables and Meats they may start craving Cheese, Bread, Grains and other foods they've removed out of NOWHERE! Does this mean your body is in need of specific nutrients these foods provide? Or are you craving cheese because the Cassein Protein in cheese has actually been feeding the Candida and now that you've removed the cheese from your diet, Candida is actually dying off? If you eat the cheese, you may feel good in the mean time, but then notice a flare up of Candida symptoms later on in the day or the next morning. This is a prime example of how Parasites and certain Conditions in the body can trick us into craving foods that may not be good for our health. It's very important that we can learn to differentiate between craving what we need, and craving what our illness requires to keep us ill.

     Food Intolerance

One of the most common cause's of most illness these days, next to nutrient deficiencies and hormonal imbalance, is Food Intolerance. Most people assume just because they are not Allergic to a food group, that they can eat it completely fine. The truth is, a lot of people may indeed be intolerant to food groups, common ones include: Dairy, Eggs, Grains, Nuts, Seeds, Beans and Nightshades, but yet these people will not even know they are intolerant to these foods until they remove each food from their diet at the same time for 3-4 weeks. When you go this long having removed all of the common Food Group intolerance, you may notice miraculous results take place. In my own personal experience removing these food groups completely healed my Psoriasis, Acne, Anxiety, Digestive Issues, Mood Issues, Mental Fog, Bloating, Hormonal Imbalance, and at the same time significantly improved my quality of life on all levels. Now of course, each person is going to have a different set of food intolerance's, and you can begin adding in those foods again, SLOWLY, ONE BY ONE over time. And take note on any adverse reactions you notice with each food. This is how you tweak your diet to absolutely work most effectively to your body and lifestyle.





     So in conclusion, each of us has different sets of genes, different lifestyle factors and may have different conditions that ALL play a huge role in which foods and dietary systems may work best for us. Each factor of diet can make major changes in the results we experience. High Fat Low Carb diets may make some people feel extra sluggish, while other people may feel at their absolute healthiest on a High Fat Low Carb type diet, and the same goes for different forms of Veganism.

  Through Trial and Error we can each experiment around and over time find what works absolutely best for us.

Intuition, Inspiration and Flow. Trusting in Nature.

Tune into your natural flow. Tune into your intuition and follow your inspiration. We may not understand it consciously, we may not be able to fathom such a seemingly irrational and irresponsible concept, but at times it really seems as though the universe is constantly giving us hints and clues, helping to guide us towards the light, you could say, hypothetically speaking.

  The universe works in synergy with the energies who inhabit it. If we learn to work with the natural pulls of the universe and tune ourselves to our natural state of flow, that's where the real magic happens. We can ultimately move towards health, wealth and happiness by tuning into our inspiration and following our intuition and all the magnetic pulls we feel deep within our gut.

  There is an increasingly abundant amount of scientific evidence supporting these notions, as modern society continues to unravel ancient wisdom ad science evolves further. More of us are waking up, so to speak, to universal truths and what the greatest minds in all history have been saying for all of man kind. We are one with the universe, one with nature, and thus, we can embrace this universal truth and within this, our lives will truly flourish.

  Embracing nature allows our true potential to shine through like the sun through a rain forest. Full of life, full of intuition and full of flow. Follow your heart, but listen to your mind. Align your life with your most inspired vision, and follow in that direction, while guiding conscious decisions determining a path of accuracy and sharp prowess.

  Be mindful of the cues, look out for the subtle hints and hidden lessons or transformations within every experience. Acknowledge that the universe is constantly helping you find love, happiness, prosperity and true wisdom in every given moment. Ask and it is given. Ask the right question, and you may receive the right answer. Its prayer in a nutshell, but you can call it anything, the reality is when you call upon the universe it will always deliver in one form or another. The only requirement is being open to receive the gift. Seek and you shall find. Those who seek, shall find every time. Ask yourself, "what am I seeking?" what are you tuned into, focused on in this very moment? We're all constantly seeking evidence, at every moment in time. The question is, what beliefs am i seeking evidence for? How can I seek evidence that benefits me?

Mainstream Marketing Scam

Are you nourishing your body? Or are you feeding large multi billion dollar corporations that have absolutely no interest in your health?

  85% of the products we buy at grocery stores are nothing more than over marketed hyped up nonsense. Pasteurized dairy, deodorant, body-wash, shampoo, toothpaste, "low-fat version" foods, "sugar-free" foods, and so many more of these heavily marketed commercial products are nothing more than mass-produced toxic garbage. These items are extremely overpriced and depending on the item, can contain harmful compounds that build up in your body overtime and cause malfunction.

  There is no supply without demand, and so Food Companies go through extreme measures to make sure food looks and tastes as delicious as possible. Unfortunately this is usually by adding dyes to the food, because processed food almost always looks completely disgusting without coloring. For example, a Cheeto looks like a squirmy little grey worm before adding the yellow orange color, and of course no ones going to want to eat a snack that resembles a worm. Furthermore, since its just fried fat and corn meal, the company has to add artificial flavoring and MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) to make it taste anywhere near an actual food item.


  On the other hand, fruits and vegetables, for example lets say an Orange, its got that deep vibrant Orange color, but yet its completely natural and requires no artificial petroleum dyes unlike a cheeto. Where does an orange get its natural orange color? From its naturally occurring Anti-Oxidant Carotene. Natural Colors found in all whole foods including Fruits, Vegetables, Meat, Fish and even egg yolk, all come from the Vitamins and Nourishment these foods provide. Mother nature looks, smells and tastes delicious to help guide its creatures towards true nourishment.

  However, companies are starting to add more and more coloring to make up for the lack of nutrition their foods may or may not provide, and this happens even in certain Fish, Butter and Eggs. I had to return some Mahi Mahi I bought recently because it was gassed with Carbon Monoxide, and they didn't tell me that at the meat counter, so I didnt even know the fish contained Carbon Monoxide until I read the label they printed for the fish stamped on the wrapping paper. Carbon Monoxide is sometimes used to enhance color in fish and red meat, because certain companies manufacture their products in such a cheap way that their foods completely lack nutrition, and thus become colorless and unattractive to most consumers without adding something to bring up the color and vibrancy.

  Due to the extreme lack of nourishment of these processed and artificially colored foods, as well as the toxic ingredients in these foods themselves, it is absolutely no surprise why our Society is so sick, overweight and stressed out. You cant piss in your cars fuel tank and expect it to run on piss for very long, eventually you have to give it the fuel it needs to run optimally. Of course, the mainstream health advice we receive is mostly all biased and aimed towards feeding these mass marketed companies.

  For example, the Dairy Industry and their propaganda claiming pasteurized milk is somehow the liquid of life (which its not) Unless the Milk is Raw it is completely worthless and causes more harm then good, but Raw Milk cant be consumed from sick cows raised in a Mass Production factory, or else consumers would easily become ill as a result of the cheap production practices. Raw Milk is only dangerous primarily from sick cows fed grains instead of their natural diet of grass, so conventional cows need antibiotics to compensate once again for cheap production practices. Pasteurization denatures Milk Proteins causing allergic reactions, destroys enzymes causing lactose intolerance and kills off most of the vitamins and nutrition making the milk pointless to consume, even though they add synthetic vitamins back in, you could easily just get it naturally from other food sources.

  So of course people are going to be ill. We get so caught up in mass marketed nonsense, and these products scream quantity over quality, which can slowly kill us over time. It doesn't help that the Mainstream Medical Industry almost always under estimates the fact that all illness is caused by consumption of damaging foods, nutrient deficiencies, stress, environmental factors, lifestyle factors and issues hindering detoxification. Because doctors neglect this, people just get sicker and sicker and never realize the truth behind their illness, until they actually take their own time to read tons of books, science, other peoples experience, and then piece it all together to heal themselves like I have (;

  The madness doesn't stop there. Mainstream Medical Doctors diagnose "illness" based on a group of symptoms. The diagnosis is simply a label to describe a group of symptoms that can have a variety of different causes each unique to the individual, and because of this, Mainstream Doctors prescribe Drugs to ease the group of symptoms associated with the "Diagnosis". But they aren't even trained to see patterns and get to the root cause of the illness.

  From this, one Medication produces "side-effects" and most Doctors generally just prescribe even more Drugs to ease those symptoms. Over time your body becomes chronically ill, due to an over-abundance of "toxicity" from all of the mass-marketed hygiene products like lotions, sunscreens, cremes, shampoos, body wash, processed foods including pasteurized milk, and then the Medical Drugs simply inhibit your bodies attempt to self-regulate and balance it all out.

  So its just toxicity on top of toxicity, on top of toxicity. And Medical Drugs just add to the problem. Histamine helps the body to remove potentially harmful substances from our body. Antihistamines stops our immune system from removing these substances, so of course this isn't good. Inflammation is our immune systems natural mechanism to heal skin, organs, and all systems of the body. This is why wounds become red and warm, inflammation is a sign the bodies shuttling blood, warmth and nutrition to the area to help protect and heal it. Anti-inflammatory drugs INHIBIT THE BODIES NATURAL ABILITY TO HEAL ITSELF.
The solution is simply sticking to all-natural wholefoods, natural hygiene products and using natural medicine when necessary. These days most grocery stores do in fact sell toothpaste without Artificial Flavorings and Petroleum based dyes. Body wash and shampoos without Petroleum based dyes and other cancerous compounds that irritate the skin and are absorbed into the body through the skin.

  Making your own hygiene products can be much more cost-effective and can work wonders for your health. People with skin issues such as psoriasis, eczema, etc can really benefit from making their own specialized skin care products as well as addressing the root cause (usually intestinal or hormonal issues cause so-called autoimmune disorders) through diet and individualized Herbal Medicine.

  Herbal Medicine, in addition to specialized Dietary Protocols specific to your condition, is an extremely effective way of treating or reversing any illness. From my experience, there is absolutely no better way to heal ANY condition than a Natural Holistic systematic approach, incorporating Diet, Lifestyle and Natural Medicine like Herbal Teas, Tinctures, Capsules and Powders, or Amino Acids, Probiotics, Yoga, Medicinal Baths, Specific Exercise, etc. Holistic Medicine attacks disease from all angles, it is affordable, realistic and in my opinion, it is the most effective way to heal from any disease.

Essential Health & Mental Performance - Best Diet, Suppliments and Techniques

Being a natural medicine enthusiast, i'm constantly researching new Supplements, Herbs, Techniques and Lifestyle Tweaks that can significantly improve overall health, well-being and the performance of the Human Mind. I have researched Mental Performance extensively as I myself am fascinated with Human Psychology and all the amazing things we are all capable of. Today I've decided I'd write up a quick article on tips and tricks I've researched and practiced in my own life to maximize health and mental performance to the greatest extent through Diet, Supplementation, lifestyle tweaks and techniques.
     So first and foremost, we must make sure we have the foundation, so that we have a solid base to build on, in which will allow our Mental Prowess to truly flourish.


Diet
            For most people, simply changing your diet will work miracles in your health, happiness, focus and well-being. Ultimately, we are all different people, with different genetics and different routines. Some people may thrive on a Mediterranean Diet, while others may do best on a High Carb Vegan Diet. Some people may do best eating the complete opposite, eating more according to the Paleo Diet.


     Personally, I have experimented a lot with diet. Through trial and error, I have tried many variations of Veganism, Vegetarianism, an Asian Diet, and ultimately at the moment i've found a Grain-Free, High Fat Paleo Diet to work best for my body. Personally, I eat a low carb Paleo Diet. I eat a lot of Lamb, Turkey, Grass-fed Beef, Fish, Fish, Fish, and chicken. I eat a lot of Grass-fed Butter, Olive Oil, Flaxseed Oil, and Avocados for my main energy sources. I eat raw vegetables at every meal. A lot of nourishing fruits like Papaya, Bananas, Mango, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Grapes and Citrus fruits.

     Probably the most unique and beneficial characteristics of my diet, include my huge emphasis on Herbs, Teas and Spices. I eat about 2 tblspns of Turmeric with black pepper at every meal. Turmeric is one of the most well studied and trusted Natural Anti-Inflammatory in the world. Turmeric works with the body to decrease inflammation, kill pathogens, kill cancer cells, heal the liver, nourish the digestive system, balance hormones and nourish the brain. Black pepper has been shown to increase its absorption by up to 2000%. Therefore, just like in Ayurveda Medicine, I combine the two to get excellent results.

     I also like to include Raw Garlic and Cayenne Pepper with every meal. Raw Garlic has been used by the Russian military as a natural antibiotic to heal the body of infections when they ran out of Penicillin. Raw Garlic is one of the most potent natural antibiotic herbs on the planet. Eating it with meals significantly helps your digestion. Cayenne Pepper is also a very popular Natural Antibiotic, and helps clear sinuses, increase circulation in the body, improve digestion, and boost immunity as well as energy levels. Many claim cayenne pepper placed under the tongue during a heart attack can pull somebody out of shock instantly.
Tea
     I also consume a lot of High Quality Green, Black and White Teas. Green Tea has been shown to provide quite an impressive variety of substantial benefits. Green Tea is ranked as one of the highest sources of Anti Oxidants on the planet. Green Tea contains powerful compounds that have potent Anti-Cancer and Antibiotic properties. These compounds in Green Tea are probably in the top 15% most potent medicinal plant chemicals in the world.
Furthermore, Green Tea is a potent source of L-Theanine, an amino acid shown to improve focus, mental clarity, mood, relaxation and overall well-being. It has also shown to boost serotonin, gaba and dopamine in the brain. Theanine has also been claimed to be neuroprotective, and in turn helps nourish the brain and nervous system. Shaolin Monks have used Green Tea traditionally for thousands of years to enhance meditation, help digestion and help increase energy and focus during bouts of intense training. Samurai Warriors also traditionally drank Green Tea in abundance. Traditionally the Samurai drank a special powdered green tea during ceremony known as "Matcha". Matcha Green Tea is extremely beneficial, as it is being consumed as the ground up whole plant compared to simply drinking a water extracted tea as most teas are. This means more vitamins and compounds are consumed when drinking Matcha. Green Tea also has been shown to lower estrogen, lower cortisol and increase testosterone.
     Black Tea has also been shown to contain an abundance of health benefits including Antioxidants, Catechins and potent antistress compounds. Black Tea has been shown to decrease estrogen and boost testosterone significantly. Black Tea has also been shown to lower cortisol, increase focus, lower blood pressure, boost the immune system and provide balanced energy that helps increase focus, awareness and mental sharpness, while obviously not causing any jitters or crashes.
     White Tea hasn't been studied nearly as much as black or green teas, but has also been shown to lower estrogen and stress in the body while increasing immunity. White Tea is the least processed of all three, wich means it could be hypothesized to contain more nutrients.

Oolong Tea is probably my favorite. And while I cant provide any science at this time, i've noticed the most significant Brain Boosting and Mood Enhancing effects from Oolong Tea. Oolong Tea really helps balance my mind, relax my body and provide a feeling of infinite creativity and inspiration. I love oolong tea and highly recommend a High Quality Oolong Tea to anyone looking to increase mental well-being.
     Yerba Mate is another amazing tea with a substantial amount of medicinal properties. Yerba Mate contains all essential amino acids, its higher in antioxidants than green tea, contains almost all essential vitamins and minerals needed to sustain life and promotes balanced energy and mental sharpness while reducing stress and nourishing the brain, adrenal glands and body at the same time. Yerba Mate has compounds that have been shown to possibly help prevent and treat colon cancer. Yerba Mate has been used as an effective remedy to treat digestive disorders, and I personally love to drink large amounts of strong yerba mate if I feel a little constipated. And it works excellently.
Medicinal Herbs
I am a huge fan of Natural Medicine, but only on top of a truly healthy diet, as diet lays the foundation in wich we can further build and enhance our health upon. Only after we have our healthy optimal diet that works best for our individual unique physiology locked in, then we can add Herbs and Supplements on top to obtain some even more substantial amazing results. Herbs and Supplements really make the difference from average and mediocre, to boosting our mind and body to be at its most effective state possible.
     Maca Root, is one of my favorite herbs for boosting Motivation, Ambition and Drive. And therefore, Maca Root boosts mental clarity, focus and wellbeing. Maca Root has been used traditionally to restore youth, increase vitality, balance the hormonal system, boost libido and enhance focus. When I take Maca, I feel motivated, driven, amped up, confident, focused and overall I tend to be more productive on days I take 3-6g of Maca. This works best if taken for weeks at a time as some people experience the effects more gradually and slowly than others. Definitely an herb best taken upon waking, as Maca boosts energy and can make you feel too inspired to be able to fall asleep.

Techniques
There is an abundance of herbs I could mention for mental performance, and I plan to make an extensive list in the near future, although for many people, simply adding in a few simply techniques such as deep breathing or meditation can make all the difference.
Meditation, has been shown to increase focus time and time again through studies and tradition. Meditation comes in many forms and can be practiced by anyone. Essentially, Meditation is the practice of just being. Letting go of all thoughts and relaxing into the here and now. Complete detachment. It is so simple, it can be difficult to achieve or understand. With practice, one finds great peace in Meditation. Just laying down comfortably and focusing on your breath is a form of mindfulness meditation. Personally, I participate in many flow activities. Flow is a state of consciousness best described as getting lost in the moment. Completely detached from the future, and completely detatched from the past. Flow is commonly seen in musicians, athletes, martial artists, and practictioners of all kind. It is like Dynamic Active Meditation and it makes me feel so alive, healthy and focused. To achieve a flow state, one can simply find an activity that is easy yet just challenging enough that you are engaged and focused. When you let go into the experience, and become one with the experience, as if you aren't even thinking, yet you are acting, this is called a Flow State.
  Meditation helps us build ambition, focus and willpower by forcing us to completely detach ourself from all entertainment and stimulation. Thus, meditation disciplines the mind to focus and function on command.
  Aerobic Exercise, has been shown to help the body regenerate cells in the brain, boost neuroplasticity and build neurons. This means it boosts our ability to learn, boosts mental clarity and is absolutely essential for enhancing Mental Performance.
I can not even begin to explain, (or can I?), how many times my mind has been tied up in insane knots of confusion, then while running for 45 minutes, I can literally observe thoughts in my mind seemingly working themselves out, then when I'm finished with my run, Ive somehow found solutions to all the issues i was struggling with before I began my run. Makes sense after looking at the scientific studies showing how Aerobic Activity substantially boosts brain function.
  Reading, a book a week can significantly boost our focus, intelligence, cognitive ability, communication skills and our overall ability to learn and process new information. Reading psychology and philosophy is my favorite pastime, as im not just forcing my mind to engage and focus, but im also filling my mind with more mature and deep concepts, which require critical analytical thinking and processing skill. Scientific Studies have shown, the more people read, the more likely they are to make more money than the average person who does not read. And this can be further reinforced by considering the many successful people who mention self-education as a key to their success.
As the saying goes, "The more you learn, the more you earn."



Conclusion
  So, as you can see there are many excellent ways in wich we can all significantly boost our performance and help substantially boost our Mental Ability to maximize our results in life and everything we do. I could easily make an entire book with different herbs, supplements, diet tweaks, lifestyle changes, and techniques that effectively boost performance on all levels including Mental, Physical and Emotional.
     In this post, I've mentioned the most effective, studied and essential practices to increase results in our pursuits that I believe will give the most benefit to anyone who puts it all into practice. However, there are sooooo many more things I plan to add to this in future posts. This is just the beginning my friends.

Today I figured I would bang out a quick little snippet about my favorite lifeforce nourishing herbs, spices and natural medicines.


1. Yerba Mate
Yerba Mate is one of my favorite drinks right next to some high quality coffee, green, black and white teas, gouyusa or Ginseng Tea. Mate contains significantly more antioxidants than Green Tea. Mate has a full profile of amino acids, high in minerals, high in vitamins and medicinal compounds and provides a revitalizing state of energy while nourishing our bodies immune system and adrenal glands at the same time. A lot of people have been asking me recently, "Wolfgang what kind of diet are you following lately?" "what suppliments?" and things of this nature. So I figured i'd write a quick blog post to help sum this all up.

I tried doing a vegan diet for 6 months. I had all kinds of digestive issues and my body was literally rejecting grains, beans and most calorie dense vegan foods. I felt horrible and was losing wight due to malabsorption issues with grains, legumes, potatoes, etc. So I decided I had to stop being so stubborn if I wanted to live, and thus began eating a diet that actually agreed with my body and made me feel alive, vigorous, healthy, motivated and inspired.

My diet changes a lot depending on the season and my current health and living situation. But generally my diet falls somewhere within the Paleo type catagory.

I eat plenty of high quality protein. Im a huge fan of certified pasture-raised raw eggs, grassfed beef, fish(ESPECIALLY Sardines), grassfed dairy, nutrient-dense fruits like Berries, Papaya, Pinapple, Kiwis, all the good stuff. Lots of vegetables, ESPECIALLY lots of Raw Garlic and Onions. I also eat certain seeds like Pumpkin, Sunflower, Chia, Flax and Black Seseme seeds.

Spices like Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper and Clove contain amazing health properties. I eat these with every meal along with Raw Garlic and Onions to help promote immunity, energy and circulation.

I drink a tonnn of teas including Green, Black and Yerba Mate teas. Darjeeling black tea is a personal favorite and im a huge fam of Yerba Mate and Chammomile.

Sometimes I add a high quality Grassfed Whey protein powder to my raw egg smoothies for breakfast every morning. I really feel this helps me start my day with energy nourishment and vitality.

Reishi Mushroom is THE most prized Adaptogen in all of Traditional Medicine. Said to open the crown chakra, Reishi has been known to significantly transform peoples lives for the better.

Motivation Inspiration

Motivation

1. You will never feel inspired to do something you dont FEEL value in. You have to identify what it is you want. In your life, and in the people you want in your social circle. And then Align your life with your Values. This creates a clear vision of your own personal standards. If you completely let go of things below your standards, and dont accept anything below them, you will find inspiration easier to come by because through this you can see who you truly are and who you want to be.

2. Eat healthy, satiating foods. Motivation involves Dopamine. Dopamine is killed by drugs, and built and produced by Healthy, Satiating Meals and Excersize. You have to experiment to see what works for you, and find principles for healthy eating that makes sense to you personally.

3. You HAVE to understand, As long as you attatch yourself to an End Result, you will find it hard to move forward.

MOTIVATION is found by FOCUSING on the JOURNEY. Not just the destination.

Ive been there, i completely understand the difficulty, but its all about identifying what you want. What you feel driven to, and then moving in that direction, slowly but progressively. Its not about the end result. Its about consistency.

Consistency breeds motivation.

You may not feel driven to do ANYTHING right now. And thats normal.

Go on a long walk. Listen to music while you walk, what ever you prefer. Your mind sorts itself out almost magically when your body is in motion.

Dance. Run. Flow.

Nature Heals, Drugs Kill - Modern Medicine and it's flaws


Modern Medical Drugs are killing off Americans like the plague.
I estimate in about 50 years or so Naturopathic Medicine will become the Mainstream way of Healing and Curing disease once again. Just like it was before our society became obsessed with innovation and modern technology.
There are a lot of breakthroughs and amazing things that have come out of Modern Society. Computers, Imported Food Items, Imported Herbs, etc.
Modern Conventional Medical Treatments of all kinds are DEFINITELY, not one of these beneficial innovations.
A lot of people try to argue by justifying Vaccinations as a life saver. Truth of the matter is, even if Vaccinations worked, wich I sincerely doubt this what so ever, they are simply unnessecary.
We have millions of Medicinal Herbs that are 100x safer and work by Enhancing the Bodies natural defense and immune mechanisms.
Whole Medicinal Herbs are on this planet for a reason. Because they work with nature, to protect nature.
So far Modern Medical Treatments are a complete joke.
How can any sane person think for one second, that Chemotherapy and Radiation is going to do any good for you, when Radiation is a primary cause of Cancer to begin with? Chemo and Radiation destroy the body and kill healthy cells and your immune system as well. So even if it kills a tumor initially, of course it's going to come back. You have to focus on building your immune system and AVOID Radiation and Oxidation.
And seriously, all the Medications they prescribe for Heart Disease? And for Type 2 Diabities? I have no clue what these Physicians are thinking. Patients need to value their life enough to do their own research and read books of Doctors who are actually REVERSING Heart Disease. Dr. John Mcdougal, Dr. Dean Ornish. Use diet to completely reverse diabities and heart disease with NO DRUGS in their own patients.
There are cures for almost all conditions of the Body AND the mind.
No one will EVER find them if they dont BELIEVE in the POSIBILITY they exist.

Current Diet, Training and Suppliments

So this week I have started a hardcore strength, mass and muscular endurance building cycle. Incorporating techniques from Strong man, olympic lifting, powerlifting and sports performance systems from different trainers, teams and methods all across the world.

I've also added mega doses of potent south american herbs, and specific suppliments to my regimen wich I would prefer not to disclose simply because I feel It gives me an extreme edge over my competition, and its legal with only benefits. But I will disclose my specific diet and suppliments simply for the sake of being completely transperent, and because I expect to make tramendous results in the future and everyone is going to eventually wrongly accuse me of using steroids years later when I begin achieving extraordinary gains, results and feats.

Currently my regimen is as follows:

- Vegan Diet
High in sprouted grains. Rice. Nut butters. Nut milks. Healthy plant oils. Lots of green vegetables. Potatoes. Oats. Lots of fruits and specific fruit juices concentrated in specific nutrients for recovery, energy, strength and growth

- Adaptogenic Herbs
I use a high quality brand of specific highly effective, traditionally and scientifically proven Adaptogenic Plants. shown to tremendously benefit physical performance, strength, stamina and recovery as well as health an longevity. Legal and all natural.

I really want to touch on the exact plants im using at the moment. But I feel they are extremely effective and I have a feeling I want to keep these things my secret for the time being. But I might give a long description of the specific details later on in the future.
