Current Diet, Training and Suppliments

So this week I have started a hardcore strength, mass and muscular endurance building cycle. Incorporating techniques from Strong man, olympic lifting, powerlifting and sports performance systems from different trainers, teams and methods all across the world.

I've also added mega doses of potent south american herbs, and specific suppliments to my regimen wich I would prefer not to disclose simply because I feel It gives me an extreme edge over my competition, and its legal with only benefits. But I will disclose my specific diet and suppliments simply for the sake of being completely transperent, and because I expect to make tramendous results in the future and everyone is going to eventually wrongly accuse me of using steroids years later when I begin achieving extraordinary gains, results and feats.

Currently my regimen is as follows:

- Vegan Diet
High in sprouted grains. Rice. Nut butters. Nut milks. Healthy plant oils. Lots of green vegetables. Potatoes. Oats. Lots of fruits and specific fruit juices concentrated in specific nutrients for recovery, energy, strength and growth

- Adaptogenic Herbs
I use a high quality brand of specific highly effective, traditionally and scientifically proven Adaptogenic Plants. shown to tremendously benefit physical performance, strength, stamina and recovery as well as health an longevity. Legal and all natural.

I really want to touch on the exact plants im using at the moment. But I feel they are extremely effective and I have a feeling I want to keep these things my secret for the time being. But I might give a long description of the specific details later on in the future.
