You can absorb yourself more fully in the moment
It allows a more soothing in the moment
Flow state comes from this
You can focus more fully and concentrate your energies better and more effectively
You become a more effective human being
A lot of times you may feel very anxious because you are focuses on the big picture. Focused and attached to your end result
This can become crippling and paralyze a person to the point they can not function. This can stop a person from taking action towards their goal completely
Have a goal set goals
But don't attach yourself to the bigger picture
Take action and go on a direction towards your goal
But direction does not always lead you exactly to where you originally expected
However progression is the only way to achieve anything in life
You can not just snap your fingers and automatically have your goal achieved
It is all about the process
And also if you could just wake up one morning and have everything you want
Then your life would seriously be super boring
A lot of people think they want “things”
Truth is it is the pursuit of things which makes us happy and the feeling of having things but not the thing itself
